Purposes and legal basis
We process contact and business details to answer enquiries, assess the requested service and manage professional relationships. Legal bases are consent, pre-contractual measures, contract performance and applicable legal obligations.
CRM
Enquiries are stored in a private WordPress CRM. Assigned advisors can access only the records assigned to them. Unsuccessful enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless deletion is requested or legal liabilities require longer retention.
