A clear process from diagnosis to follow-up
Every engagement begins by understanding the company’s structure, decision-makers, current providers, deadlines and immediate risks. The service is then scoped around actual needs, avoiding assumptions based only on company size.
1. Initial assessment
We gather the essential information, identify dependencies between practice areas and separate urgent issues from improvements that can be scheduled.
2. Tailored proposal and onboarding
The proposal defines scope, responsibilities, working frequency, expected information and deliverables. Once accepted, an onboarding calendar is agreed with the company.
3. Execution and control
The assigned team works to the agreed calendar, records open items and highlights decisions requiring management input. Reports are designed to be understood and used, not simply filed.
4. Periodic review
The scope is reviewed when the business changes: new entities, investment, international activity, financing, restructuring or workforce growth may require a different level of support.
